Architectural Engineer

Salary: PHP 70,000 – 120,000/month (depending on experience)

ByteBridge is seeking an Architectural Engineer to support the design and delivery of mission-critical data center and commercial infrastructure projects for our US operations. You will work closely with architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop architectural designs and construction documentation from concept through detailed design while ensuring compliance with applicable US codes, client requirements, and industry best practices.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex international projects while gaining exposure to global design standards and BIM workflows.

• Develop architectural designs and construction documentation for mission-critical facilities, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist in space planning, building layouts, material selection, and detailing to meet project and client requirements.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications disciplines throughout all phases of design.
• Participate in schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Review project specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of project deliverables.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety regulations, and client standards.
• Support engineering teams during construction administration and project closeout activities as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, design processes, and documentation quality.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–7 years of architectural design experience within a consulting or design environment.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC), accessibility standards, and life safety design principles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.

• Experience supporting US-based engineering or architectural projects.
• Experience with mission-critical, data center, healthcare, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of building envelope design, construction detailing, and coordination processes.
• Licensed Architect or equivalent professional registration is an advantage but not required.
