CAD/BIM Drafter

Salary : PHP 50,000 – 100,000/month (depending on experience)

ByteBridge is seeking a CAD/BIM Drafter to support the design and delivery of mission-critical data centers and commercial infrastructure projects for our US operations. Working closely with architects and engineers across multiple disciplines, you will be responsible for preparing accurate construction drawings and BIM models that support projects from concept through construction documentation.

This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects while gaining exposure to US engineering standards, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary project delivery.

• Prepare and maintain 2D and 3D construction drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings based on engineering markups and project requirements.
• Produce construction documentation, drawing packages, schedules, details, and sheet layouts.
• Revise drawings based on engineering comments, RFIs, and client feedback.
• Coordinate drawing production with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across all project deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, and revision control in accordance with company and client standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection activities where required.
• Perform QA/QC checks to ensure drawings meet project specifications and drafting standards.
• Support engineering teams throughout design development, construction documentation, and project closeout.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of drafting experience within an engineering consulting, architectural, or design environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience preparing construction documentation for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience supporting US-based engineering or architectural projects.
• Experience with mission-critical, data center, healthcare, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Experience working with US drafting standards and construction documentation.
