Civil Engineer

Salary : PHP 70,000 – 120,000/month (depending on experience)

ByteBridge is seeking a Civil Engineer to support the design and delivery of mission-critical data center and infrastructure projects for US operations. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop civil engineering designs and construction documentation from concept through detailed design while ensuring compliance with applicable US codes, client requirements, and industry best practices.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex international projects while gaining exposure to US engineering standards and global design practices.

• Develop civil engineering designs for mission-critical facilities, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare site development plans, grading and drainage plans, utility layouts, erosion and sediment control plans, and civil construction details.
• Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis related to site design, stormwater management, earthworks, and utility coordination.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Coordinate civil designs with structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications disciplines throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Participate in schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Participate in internal QA/QC reviews to maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of engineering deliverables.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable US engineering standards, client specifications, and local project requirements.
• Support engineering teams during construction administration and project closeout activities as required.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 3–7 years of civil engineering design experience within a consulting or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience preparing site development, grading, drainage, and utility designs.
• Knowledge of stormwater management principles and civil engineering design standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.

• Experience supporting US-based engineering projects.
• Experience with mission-critical, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar project collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of US civil engineering standards, permitting processes, and construction documentation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is an advantage but not required.
