Position Summary

As the Director of Sales, Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Enterprise IT Solutions division. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in selling Unified Communications, Network Solutions, and related services to large enterprises. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven individual who can navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting customer relationships.

Essential Functions

  • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage the sales budget efficiently.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals.
  • Provide regular sales updates to senior management.

Additional Duties

  • Identify and establish partnerships to enhance offerings.
  • Oversee contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other departments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in sales leadership
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Network of industry contacts and client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as needed


  • Annual Base salary – $150,000.
  • Commission – Additional earnings based on targets achieved and performance.
  • Equity Option – Opportunity for equity ownership, enabling participation in the company’s growth.
