Position Summary

The Global CEO is a key leadership role responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight to Bytebridge, ensuring company growth, profitability, strategy and long-term success. The Global CEO will drive our vision, mission, and goals, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy to achieve financial, operational, and growth objectives.
  • Oversee corporate financial health, including budgeting, revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
  • Streamline and optimize company operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.
  • Attract, retain, and develop top talents, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive corporate culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Drive innovation and technology adoption to maintain a competitive edge in the IT industry. 

Additional Duties

  • Explore and develop opportunities for international expansion and market penetration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact corporate operations and reputation.
  • Ensure corporate commitment to social and environmental responsibility is upheld.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of executive-level leadership experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling IT companies.
  • Strong network within the IT and business community.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • A commitment to ethical business practices and corporate governance.

Compensation

  • Annual Base salary – $300,000.
  • Commission – Additional earnings based on targets achieved and performance.
  • Equity Option – Opportunity for equity ownership, enabling participation in the company’s growth.
