Position Summary
As a Logistics Manager, you will lead and manage our logistics operations to ensure the smooth movement of goods, timely deliveries, and efficient supply chain processes. Your role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Essential Functions
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.
- Lead and develop a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take actions for improvement.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business goals.
