Sales Coordinator- Intern
Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator Intern plays an integral role in supporting the sales team by assisting in the execution of daily sales operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales coordination, CRM management, and cross-functional team collaboration, supporting ByteBridge’s operations on both a local and global scale. As a key support member of the sales team, the intern will assist with organizing sales processes, tracking sales activities, managing customer communications, and helping to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This role provides an invaluable learning experience in sales operations, project management, and international sales coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and optimizing sales processes to streamline workflows within the sales team.
- Help maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the sales team with tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing sales data to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Assist in processing orders and ensuring customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address customer issues or inquiries.
- Help organize and maintain sales-related documents, materials, and resources for internal teams.
- Work closely with senior sales coordinators and sales managers to support ongoing sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships by helping coordinate communications and tracking vendor performance.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and team efficiency.
- Assist in managing and updating the sales calendar, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Requirements
- Required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales operations, project management, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
