- Lead and develop the hyperscale sales team.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Deep hyperscale industry understanding.
- Proven sales leadership in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and strategic skills.
- Ability to nurture client and team relationships.
- Experience with sales tools and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
- 5+ years sales experience, 3+ years in leadership.
- Hyperscale, cloud, or data center industry experience.
- Record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets.
- Annual Base salary – $180,000.
- Commission – Additional earnings based on targets achieved and performance.
- Equity Option – Opportunity for equity ownership, enabling participation in the company’s growth.
