Position Summary
ByteBridge are seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead our Hyperscale division. In this role, you will drive sales strategy, foster client relationships, and guide a high-performance team. Your expertise will propel our growth in the hyperscale market.
Essential Functions
- Lead and develop the hyperscale sales team.
- Devise and execute strategic sales plans.
- Cultivate key client partnerships.
- Monitor metrics and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for success.
- Refine sales processes for efficiency.
- Drive negotiations for valuable contracts.
Additional Duties
- Represent byte bridge Inc at industry events.
- Contribute to sales budgeting and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Deep hyperscale industry understanding.
- Proven sales leadership in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and strategic skills.
- Ability to nurture client and team relationships.
- Experience with sales tools and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
- 5+ years sales experience, 3+ years in leadership.
- Hyperscale, cloud, or data center industry experience.
- Record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets.
Compensation
- Annual Base salary – $180,000.
- Commission – Additional earnings based on targets achieved and performance.
- Equity Option – Opportunity for equity ownership, enabling participation in the company’s growth.
