Position Summary

As the Vice President of Sales, Strategic Accounts, you will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and cultivating relationships with key clients. You will lead a dynamic sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Your focus on building and nurturing strategic accounts, combined with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in shaping the success of ByteBridge

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team. 
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated strategies. 
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Lead contract negotiations for win-win outcomes. 

Additional Duties

  • Represent ByteBridge at industry events and conferences. 
  • Assist in pricing strategies and marketing materials. 
  • Provide regular sales performance updates to executives. 
  • Enable a performance oriented sales culture in the organization.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven strategic sales and leadership success. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools. 
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in relevant field. 
  • 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership. 
  • Track record of managing strategic accounts. 
  • Proficiency in team management. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed. 


  • Annual Base salary – $240,000.
  • Commission – Additional earnings based on targets achieved and performance.
  • Equity Option – Opportunity for equity ownership, enabling participation in the company’s growth.

Performance Measures

  • Achievement of revenue & margin targets in strategic accounts. 
  • Growth and retention of strategic clients. 
  • Sales team’s goal attainment. 
  • Effectiveness of strategic sales plans.
