Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting logistics and supply chain operations at bytebridge. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and monitor shipments, including transportation and delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistics-related challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in logistics activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software/tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
