This position is responsible for supporting project management activities at bytebridge. The Project Coordinator ensures smooth project execution by assisting in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing project reports and presentations.
- Manage documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team.
- Monitor and report on project budget and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
