Supply Chain Specialist (US Operations, Night Shift)

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain execution activities, including order fulfillment coordination, vendor ETA management, shipping visibility, and inventory accuracy. This role works cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure timely material availability, accurate system data, and smooth delivery of products to customers and project sites.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, minimizing delays, and improving operational efficiency across the supply chain lifecycle.- Manage and track shipping notices, delivery schedules, and inbound/outbound shipments
- Monitor vendor ETAs, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively drive mitigation actions
- Coordinate closely with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to confirm product availability and shipment readiness
- Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment data in ERP systems
- Support order fulfillment planning, ensuring materials are available to meet customer and project timelines
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and material movement
- Support supply planning activities, including demand visibility and replenishment coordination
- Generate and analyze supply chain reports related to ETAs, inventory status, order fulfillment, and vendor performance
- Resolve supply-related issues, including delivery delays, shortages, or data discrepancies
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across the order-to-delivery process
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, data accuracy standards, and operational best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement support, or operations roles
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems for order, inventory, and shipment tracking
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain documentation (PO, DO, ASN, delivery schedules)
- Strong coordination skills with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Eligible to work in the Philippines
