As an Intern with 1-3 years of experience, you will support sales and operations based out of North India, gaining hands-on exposure to data center business development. This role is designed for nurturing into full-time positions like BDM or Operations Analyst, depending on the skill levels of the individual.
- Assist in market research, lead generation, and preparing sales presentations.
- Support customer discussions, data analysis, and CRM updates.
- Help with operational tasks like project tracking and vendor coordination.
- Participate in training sessions on data center technologies and AI infrastructure.
- Contribute to strategy sessions and ad-hoc projects under the Business Head.
- Shadow senior team members to build skills in sales and technical areas.
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; pursuing MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles) in sales, IT, or operations.
- Basic understanding of data centers or tech infrastructure preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; eagerness to learn CRM tools.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to travel occasionally.
