Pre-sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagements and solution design
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and presentations
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers
- Support RFP, RFQ, and tender responses with technical documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for solution design
- Provide technical guidance during project handover to delivery teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- 3-7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting
- Experience with IT infrastructure, data center, networking, or cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with sales and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise IT vendors or system integrators
- Certifications such as Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, or cloud Certifications
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and large projects
