Position Description

Position Title: Account Executive  

Location: Taipei, Taiwan 

Hours: 9.00 am – 6:00 pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and technically savvy Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a proven ability to drive business growth in B2B environments. As an Account Executive at ByteBridge, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise-level customers, particularly in sectors requiring robust IT infrastructure and communications solutions. 
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their technical needs and aligning them with ByteBridge’s service offerings. 
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. 
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and project delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and successful handover. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to data centers and enterprise IT. 
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM. 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, data center infrastructure, or enterprise technology. 
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, or unified communications is highly preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
