The Country Manager, Japan will be responsible for building ByteBridge's presence, driving sustainable business growth, and ensuring excellence in systems integration delivery. This role combines market development, vendor partnerships, customer engagement, and operational leadership to position ByteBridge as a leading solutions provider in Japan.

• Business Growth & Market Expansion
  • Define and execute Japan's market sustainable growth strategy, aligned with ByteBridge's global vision.
  • Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts, particularly in enterprise IT, financial services, and technology sectors.
  • Build strong alliances with Hyperscalers, Japanese OEM's and technology vendors to expand our solution offerings.
• Operational Leadership
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery: solution design, system integration, deployment, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations, while maintaining ByteBridge's global quality standards.
  • Own the P&L for Japan, managing revenue growth, profitability, and resource planning.
• Team & Culture Building
  • Recruit and lead a local Sl-focused team across sales, presales, and delivery.
  • Foster a culture of customer-first service, technical innovation, and high performance.
  • Mentor and grow local leaders to support long-term expansion in Japan.
• Strategic Engagement
  • Represent ByteBridge Japan in industry events, Sl forums, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Provide local market intelligence to guide ByteBridge's APAC and global strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams on cross-border projects.

• 10+ years in systems integration, IT services, or enterprise technology, with proven leadership in Japan.
• Strong track record in P&L management, market entry, and large-scale IT project delivery.
• Established relationships with Japanese enterprises, OEMs, and channel partners.
• Native Japanese and business-level English language skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to scale ByteBridge's Sl business in the Japanese market.
• Bachelor in IT, Engineering, or Business.
