Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Team Lead to supervise our Data Center Technician team in Rayong. You will be responsible for daily operations, incident response, and ensuring all work follows safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations
    • Supervise technicians handling break-fix work, installations, hardware setup, and system checks
    • Ensure all SOPs, MOPs, and safety procedures are followed on site
    • Review logs, tickets, and inventory records
    • Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor activities
  • Incident Management
    • Act as first escalation for technical issues or alerts
    • Troubleshoot and guide the team to resolve incidents quickly
    • Support root-cause analysis and follow-up actions
  • Team Leadership
    • Plan and manage shift schedules and manpower
    • Provide training, coaching, and daily briefings to technicians
    • Monitor team performance and ensure work quality
  • Project Support
    • Assist with deployments, migrations, and expansion work
    • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in data center or critical facility operations
  • Experience leading a small team or acting as senior technician
  • Strong knowledge of servers, networking, storage, power, and cooling systems
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Able to support 24×7 operations, including on-call when required
  • English-speaking preferred
