Position Overview
The Global Central Warehouse Logistics (GCL) role supports data center inventory and warehouse operations. The position is responsible for receiving, tracking, and managing IT hardware and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming IT equipment and shipments
- Manage inventory records and update asset tracking systems
- Prepare and dispatch equipment for data center operations
- Perform inventory checks and support regular stock audits
- Track hardware movements including inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate with operations teams on equipment availability
- Ensure proper documentation for inventory and logistics activities
- Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or warehouse tools
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle equipment and work in warehouse environments
