IT Operations Team Lead- Data Center

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Team Lead to support data center operations in France for a major global cloud infrastructure project. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team in delivering high-availability IT infrastructure support in a hybrid 24/7 and 5/8 shift environment. This role is on-site, and the exact location will be confirmed prior to onboarding. Candidates should be based in or near the Île-de-France region or willing to relocate.

• Manage a team responsible for 24/7 and 5/8 shift coverage for data center operations, ensuring compliance with service SLAs and response timelines
• Oversee and execute scheduled tasks, incidents, and temporary work orders
• Identify operational risks and lead continuous improvement of EOP (Emergency Operating Procedures)
• Independently execute SOP-based work orders and contribute to ongoing optimization of process quality and efficiency
• Lead by example in building a stable, reliable, and efficient team
• Coordinate cross-functional projects using structured project management tools and methodologies
• Drive operational excellence and exceed delivery expectations

• Associate degree or above (or equivalent), in Computer Science or related fields
• 3+ years of industry experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
• French + English OR French + Chinese required

• Strong hands-on skills in IT infrastructure and data center operations
• Team leadership, staff scheduling, and shift coordination
• Familiarity with SOP/EOP process management and quality control
• Project coordination, workflow optimization, and service delivery mindset
• Excellent communication, logical expression, and polite listening
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across functions
• Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation awareness

• This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) aligned with a specific project timeline. Subject to project continuation and individual performance, there is potential for conversion to a permanent contract (CDI).
