Key Account Manager

As BDM/KAM for West India, you will spearhead business development and manage key accounts in the region, focusing on hyperscalers, enterprises in IT/Telecom/BFSI. Your role involves identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets in data center services, including AI-optimized setups.
- Identify and connect with DC clients in West India, in and around Mumbai Area, targeting data center needs like colocation, edge computing, and sustainable infrastructure.
- Manage key accounts, nurturing relationships to upsell services such as data center operations, electrical fit-outs, and AI-ready designs.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities and develop tailored proposals/RFPs.
- Collaborate with global teams for technical support, supply chain, and best practices.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets, track pipeline via CRM tools.
- Represent ByteBridge at industry events, summits, and networking forums in the region.
- Ensure compliance with Indian regulations in client engagements.
- Engineering Background, with Bachelor's/Master's in Business.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in data centers; exposure in BFSI, IT infrastructure and/or telecom.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in key account management and closing deals worth USD 1M+.
- Strong knowledge of India's data center ecosystem, including trends in AI, green energy, and edge computing.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills; regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and market analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within West India and other markets as assigned.
