Network Engineer

Position Summary

As a Network Engineer at ByteBridge, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions to meet the organization’s business needs. This role involves ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.

Essential Functions

  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure data communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise in network solutions.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network operation.
  • Implement security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Stay current with emerging networking technologies and trends, making informed recommendations for network improvements.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to evaluate and select network-related products and services.
  • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (master’s preferred).
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing network solutions.
    • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
