Position Overview

Driving sales growth in the APAC region, the Regional Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the region to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, offering insights for decision-making. Implement effective sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the APAC market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
