Position Overview
ByteBridge is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in Indonesia. The role focuses on developing new enterprise opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering IT infrastructure and data center solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new enterprise sales opportunities in Indonesia
- Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
- Promote ByteBridge solutions including data center, cloud, and IT infrastructure services
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver customer solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise IT or technology sales
- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Experience selling IT infrastructure, cloud, or data center solutions
- Strong network within enterprise or technology customers in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with system integrators, cloud providers, or enterprise IT vendors
- Technical background or engineering education is an advantage
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts
