Service Deliver Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of services at bytebridge ensuring high client satisfaction and efficient operations.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery processes, meeting client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery workflows and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning services accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new services and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on service delivery performance and key metrics.
- Conduct service reviews with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service delivery management or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in Service Delivery Management or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge and service delivery tools.
