Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and adaptable Marketing Specialist to support our growing presence in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone with start-up experience, preferably within the data center or related technology industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting events, and generating insights that inform business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting the U.S. market, with a focus on pipeline generation
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and industry engagements
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Partner closely with the Business Development (BD) team to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize content and align with global initiatives
- Track and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights
- Develop and adapt marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, and digital conten
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment within the tech industry
- Experience in the data center, IT infrastructure, or related technology sectors strongly preferred
- Experience in marketing event coordination and execution
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes (pipeline, conversion, ROI)
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, business development, and global teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Exposure to global or multi-region marketing environments
