Strategic Account Manager

Position Summary

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products/services.

Essential Functions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align with client needs.
  • Advocate for client requirements within the organization.
  • Lead contract negotiation and manage renewals.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and regular performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar strategic role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
